    Friday Nights at SGA (FNO)

Friday nights are all about fun at SGA! Drop the kids with us, and enjoy a nice evening out! Children will spend the evening at SGA enjoying open play and organized games. Activities include: running through obstacle courses, jumping on trampolines, swinging on ropes into our foam block pit, and of course climbing Mt. Southlake! Our primary goal is to provide an environment where the kids have a great time and you feel comfortable that they are safe and well taken care of.

    Competitive Teams

At SGA, we offer several opportunities for your child to become more involved should he/she wish to compete. Girls, boys, and T&T students are encouraged to move forward once they have acquired the necessary skills and are ready to dedicate themselves to this commitment.

Girls Gymnastics

In girls gymnastics, we emphasize fun and excitement while developing a core group of basic skills on all four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.

Boys Gymnastics

In boys gymnastics, we emphasize fun and excitement while developing a core group of basic skills on all six Olympic events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.

Pre-school Gymnastics

Our goal at SGA is to provide a positive environment where we can introduce preschoolers to the basics of gymnastics while improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Tumbling Classes

These classes are designed for boys and girls who want to concentrate their efforts on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics and are great for those who aren't interested in the other Olympic gymnastics events.

What we offer:

We offer a wide array of gymnastics classes, including boys and girls, tumbling & trampoline, rhythmic gymnastics, pre-school, and mom-and-me. We also provide the opportunity for our boys, girls, rhythmic, and T&T students to become involved in our competitive programs.

In addition, we offer a number of special events, such as our Holiday Camps and Friday Night Out. Birthday parties at SGA are great! If you are looking for a fun place to hold your child's next birthday party, give us a call! Please check out the links above for more information on each of these opportunities. We hope to see you soon!

About Us

Hello, my name is Mark Seyler. My wife, Missy, and I have been residents of North Texas for 18 years and have been active in gymnastics since we were very young. Between the two of us, we've coached and competed at just about every level of the sport.

Missy began gymnastics at the age of three in Oklahoma and trained and competed all the way up to the collegiate level as a member of the OU Women's Team. Missy began coaching at 15 and quickly developed a passion for instruction, a passion which is as strong as ever today. While attending OU and training with the college teams, Missy and I both also coached at the OU club programs.

I was introduced to gymnastics at the age of five in Michigan and trained at Browns Gymnastics in Florida for much of my younger years. My accomplishments include being a five time member of the USA Mens Junior National Team. I was offered full scholarships to many of the top schools in the nation and chose to join the University of Oklahoma. The tradition of gymnastics is strong at OU and it was an honor to compete there for four years.

In January, SGA entered its fourth year of operation. Missy and I are proud of how the staff has grown into a solid team. A team built on a passion for the sport of gymnastics and a love of teaching children. We look forward to an exciting 2012 with all of you!

Way to go Emily!
