About Us

Hello, my name is Mark Seyler. My wife, Missy, and I have been residents of North Texas for 12 years and have been active in gymnastics since we were very young. Between the two of us we've coached and competed at just about every level of the sport. Opening our own gymnastics facility has been our long time dream. Thank you to all our friends, family, and staff who have supported us and helped turn SGA "the concept" into "a reality"!  In January SGA celebrated its first year anniversary.  Over the year our staff has grown into a great team. A team built on a passion for the sport of gymnastics and love of teaching children. We all look forward to a great 2010 with all of you!

Note to Parents

We are so excited for the opportunity to help mold the children enrolled in our program into the confident, disciplined, and active individuals who will be the future strength of this world. Missy and I know that gymnastics has strongly influenced who we are today and we would be honored to have the chance to pass this blessing on to your child. Whether your child desires to be the next Nastia, wants to learn a backhandspring, or just wants to have a fun time...Southlake Gymnastics Academy is the place to be!
