Girls Competitive Programs

Southlake Gymnastics Academy has both USAG and TAAF girls gymnastics programs. The coaches that work with your daughters have a combined total of over 50 years of coaching experience. Whether your daughter is a pre-teamer or an optional, we have the perfect place for your daughter to fit in here at Southlake Gymnastics Academy. From the top gymnasts in the gym to the newest ones gearing up for their first year of competition, our coaching staff works with each and every gymnast to help make them feel at home at our gym so that they are excited to return practice after practice. As we continue to grow we look forward to what the future has to offer Southlake Gymnastics Academy gymnasts as they gain more and more experience and accolades.

Our Coaches

Shannon Prince

Girls Competitive Team Director
As an Alumni of the University of Oklahoma Gymnastics, Shannon brings experience as a top notch gymnast and a top notch competitive coach to SGA. Shannon works hands on with all girls from pre-team through our optional athletes. A constant sight in the gym for these girls, helps them trust and feel encouraged about their future in the sport.


Courtney Hughes

Girls Competitive Coach
A native of Texas gymnastics, from athlete to coach, Courtney brings passion and experience to Southlake Gymnastics Academy. Courtney works with our pre-teams and our compulsory teams. One of the first team coaches these young athletes will see, Courtney helps motivate and teach each of them about the passion she felt as a gymanst.


Missy Seyler

Girls Competitive Coach
Another Alumni of the University of Oklahoma Gymnastics, Missy brings a knowledge of all level coaching. She has worked with gymnast from beginners through Elites. Missy has the passion and motivate to help any athlete along their journey of gymnastics. Missy currently works with our pre-team programs.
