SGA CAMP CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURES

EVERY child MUST be signed in & out at the front desk.

Upon sign in your Child will receive a security wrist band and the parent receives the stub with the corresponding number of the wrist band.

When you pick your child up, you will need to sign him/her out and give the wrist band stub. The Coach will then verify that the numbers match and release your child.

DIFFERENT PARENT PICKUP/LOST STUB

In the event someone else is picking up your child, you will need to give that pickup parent the stub or call them with the stub number. They will need to sign them out also.

If the person picking the child up does NOT have the stub or the stub number we will ask for a photo ID from the pickup parent as verification in addition to them signing the child out.

LATE PICK UP FEES

Camp sessions begin promptly at 8:30 and 1:00. Early check in is not permitted. The sessions end at 12:30 and 5:00. We allow a five minute grace period when picking up your child, followed by a $5 late fee for every five minutes.
